PART TWO COMING FEBRUARY 14TH

The Oklahoma Constitutional Alliance Revealed:

An Organized Conspiracy to Commit Sedition, Fabricate Conspiracies,

Corrupt State Elections, and Establish the Free Republic of Oklahoma

January 28, 2010 Back in October 2009 a number of archconservative organizations, tax protesters, and sovereigntists mixed with members of Patriot and Christian Identity groups came together in Oklahoma to form a cartel, whose ultimate goal appears to have the state secede from the rest of the country in 2012. They named their group the Oklahoma Constitutional Alliance (OCA) and began plotting to put into place gun, sovereignty, and tax schemes to push the Sooner State towards the ultimate goal of becoming its own free republic.

On February 1st at the Oklahoma State Capitol in OKC they will be launching their now-hidden agenda during what they are calling an indoor tea rally. The rally is met to disrupt the opening day session of the state legislature and to lobby for what on the surface appears to be unrelated legislation, but in reality, as a whole, is a step towards secession.

As the legislature convenes for the first day of their session on Monday, OCA members plan to disrupt the peoples’ business with thug-style bully tactics, as evidenced by this demand made by a leader within the group, “Be loud and chaotic. Don’t allow them to do anything else, but listen to us and commit to our legislation.”

We’ve obtained their agenda ahead of time and are ready to reveal their first steps towards the rebuilding of the state into a vision of 18th Century America. Later we’ll be providing details about a mid-February ‘Liberty Conference’ they’ll be hosting, which will be bringing in a national patriot and militia figure, who tells law enforcement members to rise up against the federal government – and we’ll reveal just what county sheriffs will be meeting in a secret session with this person and what state lawmaker has hijacked the House of Representatives’ chamber in order to cease conducting the state’s business, so this man can lobby for the OCA in a speech on the floor in front of the legislators.

That same lawmaker we’ll be discussing has been using his staff, who are paid for by the state, to conduct the OCA’s business at the Capitol and to lobby other lawmakers.

A number of internal documents we’ve been able to obtain show that the OCA is comprised of a number of lawmakers, including gubernatorial candidate Randy Brogdon and Timothy McVeigh apologist Charles Key, church leaders such as Paul Blair with the Fairview Baptist Church, a Christian Identity group in Edmond, and out-of-state figures that are behind the manipulation of Oklahoma politics, like Mark Lerner, the author of legislation being introduced in Oklahoma who is being seeded with state funds.

Those same documents also suggest a cartel riddled with racism and homophobia, a desire to engage in armed conflict with the federal government, ambitions to corrupt and control state elections, a plan to declare U.S. currency invalid followed by the adoption of gold as the standard, and to declare Christianity their planned republic’s official religion.

Bills already introduced into the House and Senate are part of a larger effort to lay the groundwork towards establishing a new republic and to nullify federal laws. In the meantime, however, were those laws to pass, they threaten to push citizens and businesses into direct conflict with the U.S. Government. They include the collection of excise taxes some are required to pay into the federal tax system that will force Oklahomans to decide if they will break a federal or state tax law. Another example is pitting state citizens against federal gun laws enforced by the BATFE, by declaring any guns and ammunition manufactured in Oklahoma are free of federal regulation – a law the feds have already made it clear in Montana that they will not recognize.

To put it simply, the OCA is trying to create a system in which Oklahomans will be made to choose between being punished by arrest or fine by the federal government or the state government. Placed in such a position, the OCA believes there will be a rising up of the people and they believe it will be to their advantage. The OCA will be able to pull an “I told you so” by creating the conditions to bring their paranoid conspiracies to life and then lighting the fuse.

As we've frequently reported in the past, these types of events always have a gun show

being conducted in conjunction with them. This flyer is the final work-up that the

OCA is making available this weekend, but we've obtained an advance copy.

Another flyer the group has advertises "James Lane's gun show".

On April 19th, patriot groups around the country are planning civil disobedience by

discharging their firearms at midnight within city limits and thereby forcing multiple

emergency calls that will overwhelm public safety resources. Later in the day they are

planning armed marches on State Capitols and other government buildings.

A gun show is being held in Oklahoma City the weekend prior to the Capitol event. We've since discovered that it is being put on by James Lane, (shown to the  left ) an OCA member who we've linked to a suspicious burglary in Oklahoma City last week that involves Rep. Charles Key and controversial 'Camp FEMA' director WIlliam Lewis. The gunshow is set for Jan. 30th and 31st at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds. Lane was arrested in November 2009 at Penn Square Mall in OKC during a "street action" protest. He was accused of assaulting a security officer after the mall staffers interrupted his group's harrassment of shoppers and Lane and his cohorts attempted to flee the scene.

The OCA has decided to temporarily cut-off ties with Oath Keepers, who they had invited to speak at their 'Liberty Conference' coming up in mid-February. This after Oath Keeper Charles Dyer of Marlow , OK, known as the July4Patriot was arrested on federal weapons charges and accusations of child rape. Last April 19th Daniel Knight Hayden, who claimed to be with Oath Keepers, was arrested near the Oklahoma State Capitol, where a Tea Party was taking place, after making threats to start a war on the capitol's steps and planning a suicide-by-cop death.

Their ambitions are to put the citizens of Oklahoma between a rock and a hard place and leave them with no recourse, but to break numerous laws that will force the hand of the federal government, thus self-fulfilling the OCA’s prophecies and convincing the public that total sovereignty is their only solution.

The OCA is also being consumed with internal conflicts as out-of-control personalities have created conditions where women feel threatened around certain male members and others claw their way up the food chain. Defections have included State Rep. Randall Terry, who has now vowed to obstruct the OCA’s plans as he has moved towards the Republican establishment, who feel the OCA is a threat to them, their pro-business goals, and their servitude to corporate interests.

In one email we've obtained, Amanda Teegarden of OK-SAFE states:

The establishment Republican party would like nothing better to than to find out the legislative agendas of the OCA member groups and neuter them before they get anywhere.

IRON is being used by that element to accomplish this goal.  If IRON is in and can identify the bills for Terrill/Republican leadership, the legislation will be killed, particularly all Title 47 bills, before the end of the first day.  Likely you are right on Terrill and the like, you would know better than me.  I suggest we drop this public debate, hash it out at the E C [executive committee] meeting, and accept their decision.  On Feb 1st, we go public, then your point becomes moot.

The bills will sit in committee and never see the light of day.  Just like last year if we don't put the pressure on the vulnerable committee members if we can't get to the chairman.  This all depends on motivating the thousands of Tea Party and 912 members.

It is a political reality we learned the hard way, by walking the halls of the Capitol for the past 2 years.  Terrill uses IRON for political purposes and to do his dirty work. 2 years ago, there was no Tea Party or 912 movement, new times, new tactics.
We're in a battle for liberty in this country - now is not the time to bring in the Trojan horse.

Although the OCA has lost some Republican support, they’ve been able to start turning some Democratic lawmakers into their fold, including State Sen. Constance Johnson, an African American, who is said by one OCA official as being “led around with a watermelon on a stick.” Johnson was introduced to the OCA by Mark Lerner, a national handler for Rep. Charles Key, and she will be supporting several civil liberty bills the group is backing.

The executive committee of the OCA consists of: de facto leader Al Gerhart (shown to the left) with the Sooner Tea Party, who appears to be having issues with women in the group; Amanda Teegarden of OK-SAFE; Norm Seaberg, who represents the 9/12 groups, is state leader of Patriotic Resistance and was previously exposed by us of having been associated with a federal racketeering probe that targeted a company involved in the profiting off of dying AIDS patients; J W Berry representating the Tulsa area Tea Parties, who had suspected domestic terrorist and accused child rapist Charles Dyer speak at a Broken Arrow event last July; Richard Engle second-in-command at the Oklahoma Conservative Political Action Committee; and Don Crosson representing the anti-civil rights and conspiracy-fueled John Birch Society.

OCA leader Al Gerhart is said to have a tendency to menace women even in the presence of children, as seen in the above video. The video shows the bald Gerhart clad in a too small white t-shirt belly-bullying 9/11 rescue worker Reggie Cervantes outside the OKC office of U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe and thrusting his finger at her in an aggressive manner. Women involved in the OCA have lodged complaints directed at him over what they perceive as his being overly assertive. We have yet to find any recorded instance of Gerhart confronting a man. The carpenter has attempted over the years to convince the government that granite countertops are radioactive and killing American families. With his pleas falling on deaf ears, Gerhart now seems determined to get even with the government that ignored his unscientific research.

The OCA has a number of committees assigned to various projects that cover these issues:

  • Second Amendment rights including open carry and manufacturing of arms and ammunition to be used inside the state of Oklahoma.
  • 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution including opposing Federal initiatives that are outside the enumerated powers, including the establishment of a spendthrift trust should the profligate wasteful spending continue
  • State debt elimination committee
  • Oklahoma sales tax committee dedicated to stopping the sales tax on gold, silver, and precious metals purchases held as monetary assets.
  • SQ 744 committee, the education funding issue slated for November 10th
  • MAPS III sales tax resistance committee

  • RFID chips in drivers licenses
  • NAIS, the National Animal Identification System, used to tag and track all animals.
