JULY4PATRIOT'S NEW PUBLIC CLAIMS PROVEN FALSE

January 21, 2010 On Monday, February 15th, Charles Dyer had his mother deliver a public statement to the Duncan Banner and Waurika News Democrat newspapers. Dyer's mother, Judy Dyer, delivered a message that said, “He wanted me to tell you that he has not and never will be a member of any militia or subversive group,” she said. “He is a constitutionalist. Charles wants this on record.”

But hold on.

Back on January 5, 2010, which is the week before his capture, Dyer created a thread on the subversive American Resistance Movement website titled "Oklahoma militia forming" and posted, "My name is Sgt. Dyer, Charles A. Of the U.S. Marine Corps. I am currently living in Duncan Oklahoma and am attempting to form the Oklahoma militia network. I need the assistance of patriots in the different areas of the state. The idea will be to break the state into the Central (OKC), South West (Lawton/Ft. Sill), South East (Antlers), North East (Tulsa), and the North West (Woodward) areas. Each area will need a coordinator that is capable of setting up meetings, training events, etc. There are many steps that are needed before we are operational, but this is the beginning. I am willing to travel to each individual area to assist in the development of these groups."

So either Dyer or his mother is not being honest. In fact there are many areas where Dyer can be seen or heard talking about his militia and building a paramilitary training camp. This is just the most recent one. His ARM post from last month also has him identifying himself as "Sgt. Dyer, Charles A Of the U.S. Marine Corp." In reality, he hasn't been in the Marine Corp since last July, when he left the military following a court martial concerning disloyal statements he is accused of making against America. 

If you read the full newspaper article, he also claims to have never been an Oath Keeper, but only spoken for the group. Yet there are many instances in his own videos where he does claim to be an Oath Keeper and swore others into the controversial group.

DYER ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ABUSING 7-YR-OLD

January 20, 2010 Charles Alan Dyer, age 29, of Marlow, OK, known among resistance and militia groups as the July4Patriot, was formerly charged this afternoon in Stephens County with sexually abusing a seven-year-old girl.  

Despite the paranoid belief by the Patriot Movement that Dyer has been set up by the federal government, who they claim have had a programmed child make false accusations against their movement’s hero, Gossip Boy has learned that the alleged victim is a close family member of Dyer’s. [To protect the child from retaliation by militia members, we are not going to provide specific details that will identify the little girl.] 

The bond placed on the charge is in the amount of $50,000. Militia members around the nation have already begun raising money to bond Dyer out of jail for both his weapons charges and the allegations of child molestation. In the meantime, a protective order has been obtained by the mother of the child Dyer stands accused of molesting.

The July4Patriot is not the first accused child molester that the Patriot Movement has rallied behind. Another hero to their cause, David Koresh of the Branch Davidians, was killed by federal authorities on April 19, 1993, during an ill-fated raid on his Waco, TX compound that left many dead, including several children Koresh had been accused of sexually abusing.

Dyer remains in federal custody as a suspect in the possession of destructive device. If and when, he is released from their custody, Dyer will arrested and transferred to Stephens County for arraignment in the child sexual abuse case. 

OATH KEEPERS' FOUNDER RHODES BOTCHES COVER UP

January 20, 2010 Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes may’ve managed to remove and hide references to the July4Patriot in order to claim he was not an official member, but he couldn’t make the cached version of his website disappear. For a man, who claims to have had reservations about Charles Dyer, it’s rather telling that until his arrest the July4Patriot was featured on the Oath Keeper’s website and videos of him at a Broken Arrow teabag event where he spoke on behalf of Oath Keepers were prominently featured. Even more telling is we’ve found a statement previously written by Rhodes that Dyer would be representing his organization.

Care to explain this Mr. Rhodes?

He understood and agreed with my decision to not have him become officially involved with Oath Keepers. All of that was long before we even offered official memberships. So, he was never a member, and never in any leadership position.”

Dyer Met Explosives Supplier Two Days Before Arrest

- Materials Same Used to Blow Up Murrah Federal Building

 

January 19, 2010 During last week’s law enforcement investigation, a tip led officers to search a storage unit Charles Dyer had been renting. A trained bomb-sniffing dog was brought in to search all the units and when taken to Unit 39, rented by Dyer, the canine alerted on the presence of explosives. Authorities found no stockpile of explosives, but do suspect they had been recently stored there.

 

Gossip Boy has since uncovered that as recently as two days before his arrest, Dyer met with Bryan Berres, leader of the Oklahoma Militia in Fort Gibson, OK and a subject we reported on last year as selling bomb-making materials out of Fort Gibson and Shawnee. Our original report included photographs of Berres and his militia training and setting off explosive charges.

The Oklahoma Militia (OM) was going by Oklahoma Constitutional Militia until last fall.    

While monitoring chatter on a site used by the American Resistance Movement we discovered Berres making this unedited statement:

“I have known Cpt. Dyer for a while now. For right now, a guy in Indiana with the unit out there made the into to me via online. Dyer contacted me while he was still in the Marines wanting to make a difference, and get the ball rolling. Since then he has been working dillegently to make things happen. He has spent countless hours working on video, text, and teaching others how the government is comming after each and every patriot one of these days.

“When I first talked with him I really didn't take him that seriously. Then we arranged a meet at the Oklahoma City Gun and Knife show about 90 days ago. We talked about getting the ball rolling in Oklahoma with the people I already was established with and he had some of his own connections. One of his goals was to complete the speach at the Tulsa Tea Party on July 4th of last year. Really since that day at the gunshow we have been in contact either via person or phone, up to 48 hours before his arrest last week.

I really wish the best for him and hope things turn out the way all of us feel they should. But as you all know, you can wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which one fills up faster. So as the other guys stated before we have to get our money and resources together and help Charles come out of this one.”

In his own words Berres refers to Dyer as captain, however, his rank in the Marines was sergeant. Instead of being a reference to his U.S. Military service, this could mean Berres had made him a captain in the OM.

Our original August report stated:

Although the leader of the new Oklahoma Constitutional Militia has attempted to keep his identity a secret, Gossip Boy’s continued investigation within these groups has revealed he is 29-year-old Bryan Thomas Berres a native of Lonsdale, MN, who now resides in Fort Gibson, OK.

From his home in Fort Gibson, Berres is distributing explosive grade chemicals, including ammonium nitrate, as well as blasting caps. Ammonium nitrate was used to blow up the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City on April 19, 1995. Berres claims his bomb ingredient sales are for the purpose of blowing up tree stumps.

Berres circumvents federal and state law dealing with explosives by not manufacturing an explosive himself, but by providing the individual components used in bomb making and then teaching how to put them together and use them. Among what is provided are instructions on how to use a high-powered rifle to detonate the bomb from a distance.

Bomb ingredients are sold for ten dollars per pound through Berres.

CONTROVERSIAL OATH KEEPERS DENY JAILED JULY4PATRIOT EVER A MEMBER

– BUT GROUP FOUNDER MET DYER ON APRIL 19th ANNIVERSARY

 

January 19, 2010 A controversial group that patriot hero Charles Dyer, a/k/a the July4Patriot, claimed to belong to, has begun severing ties with the militia member, who tried to organize paramilitary forces in Oklahoma. It has now been discovered that Dyer and the founder of Oath Keepers met on a date significant to both militia members and Oklahomans…April 19th.  

 

The Oath Keepers are a group of current and former military and law enforcement members from the Patriot Movement, who have pledged to disobey any orders they feel are unconstitutional and which they feel infringe on such things as the 2nd and 10th Amendments. For a year Dyer has claimed membership in the group without anyone saying different. However, in a statement issued to the public on January 18th Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes is now claiming: 

 

Just to be sure you know the facts, Charles Dyer never became an actual member of Oath Keepers. Unfortunately, there are videos of him all over youtube with an Oath Keepers patch and tab on his fatigues (just as anyone can purchase and wear our patch and tab), but we will just have to deal with that as his case progresses. However, if anyone asks you, now you know the facts so you can make it clear he is not and never was an official member.

I certainly hope he is not actually guilty of the sexual offense he is being accused of. I would like to think he was not capable of such (in our brief time visiting, he struck me as a young man of principle and honor). We will have to wait and see what happens.

 

In the video below, Dyer is shown at a July 4, 2009 teabagger event in Broken Arrow, OK, where he discusses his role in the Oath Keepers. Rhodes has been aware of the video for over half a year and never challenged Dyer’s claims until now. At the Broken Arrow rally Dyer was with members of the Oklahoma State Chapter of the Oath Keepers.

 

The Oklahoma Chapter of Oath Keepers has nearly two hundred people involved in it. Those include state officers Robert Gomez and Gary Donn White – both residents of Yukon. Members also include recent Tulsa mayoral candidate David L. O’Connor and Twana Blevins of Crescent, who is a leader in the Oklahoma teabagger movement.  

 

Oath Keepers is hosting two Oklahoma meetings this month. On January 23rd they will be gathering at an event organized by a Terry Morris in McAlester at the Southeast Expo Center (Room 101), 4500 W. US Hwy. 270 from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. On January 30th Paul Spicer will be sponsoring a meeting at the Miami (OK) Civic Center 129 5th Ave NW from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.

 

Although the Oath Keepers claim to be non-partisan, they’ve become heavily involved in archconservative groups like Glenn Beck’s 912 Project and the fundamentalist-driven National Liberty Unity Summit.

 

In a Wiki article on the group, it is said, “In the Southern Poverty Law Center 2009 report The Second Wave: Return of the Militias, Larry Keller wrote that the Oath Keepers "may be a particularly worrisome example of the Patriot revival." Keller described Richard Mack, an Oath Keeper, as a "longtime militia hero" and quoted him as having said, "The greatest threat we face today is not terrorists; it is our federal government… One of the best and easiest solutions is to depend on local officials, especially the sheriff, to stand against federal intervention and federal criminality."Mack, a former sheriff, responded by denouncing the SPLC's claim.”

 

Mark Potok in an article on Hatewatch says, “I’m not accusing Stewart Rhodes or any member of his group of being Timothy McVeigh or a future Timothy McVeigh. But these kinds of conspiracy theories are what drive a small number of people to criminal violence. … What’s troubling about Oath Keepers is the idea that men and women armed and ordered to protect the public in this country are clearly being drawn into a world of false conspiracy theory.”

 

The Richard Mack (pictured to the left) mentioned in the Wiki article is a former sheriff, who   will be attending as main speaker the Oklahoma Constitutional Convention, which is tentatively scheduled for the 3rd weekend in February at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds in OKC. It is being hosted by the Sooner Tea Party and will include Oklahoma state legislators and a number of area conservative groups already on Gossip Boy’s watch list.   

 

Charles Dyer remains in federal custody under charges of possession of a destructive device – a grenade launcher reported stolen from a shipment of weapons heading for Iraq. Stephen’s County authorities have pending charges of first degree rape and forcible sodomy against the July4Patriot. A bomb-sniffing dog alerted on the presence of explosives in a storage unit rented by Dyer. Though none were found authorities suspect that he had once hidden explosives there.

 

Duncan is a small city located 80 miles southwest of Oklahoma City where on April 19, 1995 American militia movement member Timothy McVeigh detonated a bomb that killed 168 people, including 19 children, injured nearly 700, and destroyed or damaged 324 buildings. McVeigh, a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army, vowed vengeance on what he considered a tyrannical federal government.

McVeigh isn't the only domestic terrorist with Oklahoma ties. Ray Lampley, a self-proclaimed prophet with the Oklahoma Constitutional Militia in Hanna, OK was arrested along with his wife Cecilia Lampley of plotting to bomb sites in Texas and Alabama. They were convicted in the United States District Court of Western Oklahoma (where Dyer has been indicted) for those planned acts of destruction during the week of the one year anniversary of the Murrah Building Bombing  (sentenced in July '96) after being arrested in November 1995.  Lampley, like McVeigh, had contact with Elohim City, a militant Christian Identity camp along the Oklahoma and Arkansas border.

One article at the time reported, "Prosecutors alleged that Lampley's bombing targets included Anti-Defamation League offices in Dallas and Houston; the Southern Poverty Law Center in Alabama and the Department of Human Services, in addition to the gay bars and abortion clinics."

Like Dyer and McVeigh, the Lampleys were concerned about America being taken over by the New World Order.

Both Lampleys are now out of federal prison. The current whereabouts of Ray are unknown, but last year Gossip Boy tracked Cecilia down to Anadarko, OK (60 miles southwest of OKC) where she now lives under the name of Cecilia Witte. Elohim City, where Lampley intended to practice detonating explosives, remains in existence in Eastern Oklahoma.    

 

As he has admitted, Elmer Stewart Rhodes, founder of Oath Keepers and former staff member for Congressman Ron Paul, met Dyer at an April 19, 2009 gathering in Lexington, KY. April 19th is considered a significant event date to militias, as it commemorates the OKC Bombing, Waco, and the Battle of Lexington Green.    

 

Militia members around the country have begun a FREE JULY4PATRIOT campaign where some are gathering funds for a legal defense and bail money, while others are suggesting more radical methods of getting him out of jail. They are now referring to Dyer as the First Prisoner of War of the 2nd Revolution and elevated him as a victim of a tyrannical government.

A person we suspect may have ties to the Patriot Movement contacted Gossip Boy Monday to try to get us to tell her the name and location of the child Dyer is alleged to have raped. That request was refused, as we will not release or publish such information and we suspect they may be willing to harm the child in order to assist Dyer.

MILITIA MEMBERS MANUFACTURING FAKE ATF RAIDS

January 17, 2009 Earlier tonight information was sent to Gossip Boy claiming that federal agents with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms were conducting a raid on the Michigan home of  a Southeast Michigan Volunteer Militia (SMVM) member. At first it got our interest, because the person they were telling us about had made threats to Gossip Boy this morning.

However, we investigated and found no official action had occurred. Then we received information that a  young man named Tyler Robinson, who claims to be with the 91st Warriors Militia in Pennsylvania, was telling others that the ATF had just raided and left his home. Robinson (pictured to the left) is more a wannabe Aryan than anything else.

We later discovered that Robinson had told a militia leader in San Diego, known as Ill Chemist, who is often seen in videos with the July4Patriot, "I wish everything I am about to tell you was a bluff.. Today at around 2:00 P.M., I was raped of both my 1st and 2nd Amendments, out of the blue the ATF came to my house and confiscated 4 fully compliant via state and federal law firearms. I have tried to post on youtube about what has happened and my comments WILL not show up as much as I try. My phones are tapped, They have photos of me and family members of mine. Take this as a warning, I thought if they would ever do this, they would cross the line and I would take action, I was wrong I guess I have no BALL SACK. The storm IS UPON US. I have no clue as to what to do, I am? completely unarmed as of today, and frankly, I am TERRIFIED. If you would like to chime in and give me advice I would love that. But via scare tactics they are using i'm in no position to do anything about this. I will be contacting the NRA first thing tomorrow morning for legal advice.. Keep up the good fight."  

 

He was lying. After he made that statement he went to a casino with his father.

Now we're hearing about two other ATF raids that appear to be just as fake as the other two. So what's going on? Well, the militia and patriot movements around the country are panicking over the arrest of Charles Dyer - the July4Patriot. They have spent the weekend working each other up into thinking that Obama, the New World Order, the Illuminati, and even lil ole Gossip Boy had framed Dyer in order to start taking leaders out. That's irrational, but we're not dealing with rational people.  They're all trying to make each other brave enough to do something and it's become quite the entertaining circus.

 

In our dealings with militias across the United States, we've learned that a great many are the buffoon type like Robinson. Several of them are attempting to incite their brethren into taking action on the July4Patriot's behalf and retaliating against the government. Yet it is believed that if the militias ever do rise up that  wannabes like this punk will more than likely seek cover underneath their beds in mommy's basement - hopefully remembering to take clean  underwear with them. 

There are some spreading false information, because they've decided the time has come to launch a new civil war. They fuel the paranoia already stirred up in their associates. They'll be out there blowing something up, but only if they convince or trick others into joining their cowardly asses.

Then there's a big chunk of meth addicts, who roar heavy metal music and jump around in their underwear to White Zombie and Metallica playing air guitar well into middle age. They don't know what's going on, but they're angry and want to see blood in the street and their 35-year-old asses will be asking their daddy for fifty bucks, so they can go to the flea market and buy a sword. 

Some are the Jones and Wynette Set that are undereducated and ill-equipped at reasoning, so they fall into the klan or the teabaggers or the good ole boys buying survival gear and playing soldier out in the pasture. They're pissed at Warshington and by golly as soon as NASCAR is over everyone is going to get theirs!

We deal with these people on a daily basis and they're for the most part laughable.  They unwittingly spend their lives as caricatures. But we do know too that there are small bands out there preparing to do something. There are lone wolf Timothy McVeigh types out there as well.  They're not the ones contacting us and making threats or leaving gay slurs on our YouTube channel, as the ones that do that sort of thing are listed above. They're jokes and are treated as such.

The worrisome types are usually the ones that won't make their presence known until they're ready to kill.  They're not at Sarah Palin book signings or  on militia forums comparing their cock sizes against the others, they're on the fringe sharpening their knives. They're the domestic terrorist that you won't hear about until it's too late.  That type may be involved with the militias we deal with, but only to the extent that he can use them. He, like us, knows they're idiots, but they have resources. He'll get what he needs and move on and leave them as impotent as he found them.

U.S. MILITIAS TARGET GOSSIP BOY OVER ARREST OF FOLK HERO

January 17, 2010 Threats and attempts at intimidation have been pouring into to Gossip Boy from members of militias and patriot groups around the United States. Their delusions now have them believing that Charles Dyer was set up by us to discredit their cause. It matters little to them that Dyer has admitted possessing the grenade launcher and that his estranged wife filed a protective order against him on the same day he was arrested for accusations of child rape. There are some that even believe we managed to somehow obtain the grenade launcher, which was stolen in 2006, and plant it in Dyer's home and use our Illuminati gift of hypnosis to make a child cry rape.

Dyer’s status as a militia folk hero seems to be growing despite the child sex and weapons charges, as these paranoid believe he has fallen victim to a frame up. Former commander of the Michigan Militia Corps, who is considered one of the most prominent leaders of the movement, has sent out the call that any militia members that do not stand behind Dyer and participate in getting him out of jail will be considered turncoats. 

Chatter on militia, patriot, and white supremacy forums has made Gossip Boy and it’s reporting on Dyer a hot topic with many seeing a vast New World Order conspiracy and others calling for physical harm to our staff. Besides threats, we’ve seen insults and gay slurs posted on our YouTube Channel and sent to us through our message system.

So far, our typical response to their threats have been classic Gossip Boy as we tell them to "Kiss my ass!"

ATF ARRESTS OKLA'S JULY4PATRIOT EXPOSED BY GOSSIP BOY

BREAKING NEWS: January 16, 2009 Charles Dyer, a/k/a the July4Patriot, has been arrested in Marlow, OK for child rape allegations and has been charged by the ATF for possession of a grenade launcher.  On Friday Dyer was transferred from the Stephens County Jail into federal custody where he has been interviewed by the ATF and FBI.

The  Colt M-203 40mm grenade launcher has been identified as being stolen in 2006 from Fort Irwin, CA - two other launchers that were stolen from the same shipment bound for Iraq remain missing. Dyer is a former marine, who had been stationed in California. In recent months he has been training near San Diego after re-establishing his rural residence on Hope Road between Marlow and  Duncan, OK  with another person identified only as illchemist07, who operates the West Coast camp. You can view a video of one of the paramilitary training sessions he conducted in California here. Before entering the Marines, Dyer was an employee of the Stephen's County Sheriff's Dept. where he worked as a jailer.   

Gossip Boy exposed Dyer last summer as building a paramilitary training camp in Stephens Co. and in anticipation of going to war against the federal government if he felt it necessary. No other news media in the state has exposed or reported on the dangerous rise of militias and patriot groups in Oklahoma. Gossip Boy has gone undercover in these groups and identified members, while compiling evidence of bomb making and weapons accumulation. In recent months we've been asked for and shared information with the FBI and OSBI.  [Note: As militia members are a half an IQ point from being called Corky, we need to explain that this paragraph in no way says we worked undercover for the ATF as informants to set up Dyer. Until Saturday after this story was written we'd never discussed Dyer with any law enforcement agency. At times we have been asked for information about a certain group, person, or crime and cooperated and that's because you mother fuckers are some paranoid ass freaks that are far more dangerous in your unstable states than your meth-enhanced New World Order delusion is.]   

Dyer maintains memberships in the American Resistance Movement and Oathkeepers. He has become somewhat of a folk hero in the patriot and militia movements and was an invited speaker at a Broken Arrow teaparty event last summer.  He was taken into custody Tuesday by his former employer, the Stephen's County Sheriff's Dept, after being charged with committing forcible sodomy on a child in early January.   A search of his home  uncovered  a weapons stockpile and a tip led authorities to search a storage unit rented by Dyer. A specially trained canine alerted on the presence of explosives in the storage unit, but none were found. It is speculated, however, that Dyer had stored explosives there in the past. Special Agent Brett Williams of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) filed  a weapons complaint against Dyer in the U.S. District Court of Western Oklahoma. Dyer was charged with first degree rape and two counts of forcible sodomy in Stephens County.

Now in federal custody, Dyer is claiming the stolen grenade launcher was given to him by a friend in California.
