GAY OKLAHOMA’S TOP 25 ENEMIES

December 15, 2008

We’re not going to tease you. Below are the top 25 foes the LGBT community will be facing in 2009. Already many of them have been exposed on Gossip Boy and in the coming weeks you’ll be reading more about them and learning about how the others are involved in their ring.

A deep investigation spanning five months has revealed a circle of anti-gay fringe personalities that are beating their pulpits, telling their viewers and listeners, authoring legislation, and providing the money to make life difficult for LGBT’s in the state. Not too surprisingly, they’re all tied in together.

They have an agenda and have established a clear line of authority and responsibility. To give you an example: Kern introduces legislation, Reynolds bullies hold-out legislators with threats of exposing behaviors to the media, Blair sends out his Reclaim thugs to incite congregations around the state and they call their legislators demanding the bill be passed, Marlin steps in with money to finance the efforts, Meadows funnels money to covert teams, Bott assigns Mullins to spread the word on the local dominionist radio stations, Graves stymies court action, McClendon  and Funk send out their bought-off gay leaders to make sure the gay community fails to take action, and so on.

It’s a well-organized effort that is going unchallenged, so it is growing stronger. We’ve listed them in order with Paul Blair being considered as public enemy number one. Yet he isn’t nearly bright enough to have organized such a network. He is, however, the one that is being used as the face of a new anti-gay movement in Oklahoma in the coming months. He is the person that can organize the churches and extremist Christian Identity groups in the state.

Most the names may not be familiar to you, but keep reading Gossip Boy and you’ll learn about each one and their place in the anti-gay movement.
